Charles H. (Charley) Kiser founded C. H. Kiser & Company, LLC, a management consulting practice specializing in developing business and technology strategies that drive extraordinary results.  Areas of expertise include:

Charley brings more than 30 years experience in leading business and technology organizations on a regional, national and global scale. Clients have described Charley as a mature and seasoned voice of reason for CIOs. In addition to being a noted quality program designer, Charley has expertise in business process and information technology solutions for retail, financial services, high tech, manufacturing, and transportation industries. More recently, he has focused on advancing patient medical data sharing practices in the US healthcare industry.

Prior to launching his own firm, Charley was with HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS) for 17 years. There he served in Account Executive, Regional Manager, and Director roles supporting major clients across several industries. Charley was also Global Director of the highly successful EDS Service Excellence team which developed an industry-leading quality program managing global outsourcing relationships.

Earlier in his career, Charley was an executive at NationsBanc Texas (formerly called InterFirst, First RepublicBank, and now Bank of America). During its formative years, he also served as Board Member and Chairman of the PULSE ATM Network based in Houston, TX.

Charley holds a bachelor’s degree in business statistics from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed executive studies at London Business School. Charley is co-inventor on several patents and has spoken at national quality and electronic banking industry conferences.
